Adelaide City crowned 2026 Premiers, qualify for Australian Championship

Adelaide City has finished the RAA National Premier League South Australia 2026 season as Premiers following a 3-0 win over FK Beograd on Saturday night.

The Black and Whites clinched their first league title since 2022 and a record 20th overall in its decorated history and return to the national stage, qualifying for the Australian Championship in the process.

It is a fitting achievement to coincide with the club celebrating its 80th anniversary.

In his second year at the club, Head Coach Vas Parhas successfully guided the Oakden outfit to its first piece of silverware in four years after an incredible 15-match unbeaten run to conclude the regular campaign.

City incredible season contained ten clean sheets as they comfortably boasted the stingiest defence in the competition.
