Championship Glory Headlines Huge Weekend for City
It was a weekend to remember for Adelaide City, headlined by the Senior Men being crowned 2026 RAA NPL Champions following a dramatic Grand Final victory over WT Birkalla at ServiceFM Stadium on Friday night.
After securing the Premiership during the home-and-away season, the Black and Whites completed the Premiership and Championship double, prevailing 6-5 on penalties to cap off a memorable NPL campaign.
ServiceFM Stadium then welcomed Adelaide City back on Sunday, with three of our YPL Boys teams contesting Tier 1 Grand Finals.
The Under 13 YPL Boys added another Championship to the weekend, defeating Adelaide Olympic 2-0 to be crowned Nova YPL Under 13 Champions.
There was heartbreak for the Under 14s, who went down 5-4 on penalties to the Football SA State Squads, while the Under 15s finished an excellent finals campaign with a narrow 2-1 Grand Final defeat to Cumberland United.
Having three Tier 1 YPL teams competing on Grand Final day was another strong reflection of the season produced by Adelaide City’s junior program.

A huge congratulations to our Senior Men and Under 13 YPL Boys on their Championships, and to our Under 14 and Under 15 YPL Boys on reaching their respective Grand Finals.
The weekend provided another memorable chapter in an outstanding year for Adelaide City, with success across our senior and junior programs made possible by the commitment of our players, coaches, staff, team managers, volunteers, families and supporters.
